By using Survey Collector ("the app"), provided by Owais Munawwar (Munawartech, "we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app lets you build forms, collect responses on a phone or tablet with or without connectivity, share forms with a team through projects, export responses as CSV or Excel, and generate AI summaries of responses. You can use it without creating an account; signing in is optional and keeps your data attached to you across devices.
You keep ownership of the forms you build and the responses you collect. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — to store and sync them, to share them with the members of a project you own or have joined, and to transmit them to our AI provider when you ask for a summary. You are responsible for what you and your collectors submit and for the people you survey: obtain any consent or give any notice the law and your study require, do not collect data you are not entitled to collect, and do not enter passwords, card numbers or other secrets into forms.
A project has one owner and any number of collectors. Anyone who enters a project's join code becomes a collector: keep the code private and remove collectors who should no longer have access. The owner can see every response collected in the project and is responsible for how that data is used. Collectors see only their own responses.
Insights are generated by a language model and can be wrong, incomplete or misleading while sounding confident. Treat every summary as a draft to verify against the underlying responses, which the app cites for that reason. Do not rely on summaries alone for decisions that affect people.
Do not use the app to collect data unlawfully, to harass or harm others, to attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to evade plan limits. We may suspend access that does any of these.
The free plan includes one project, up to three collectors per project and a limited number of AI summaries. Survey Collector Pro removes these limits and is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual, with a free trial where offered) through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The project owner's subscription covers their projects.
Payment is taken by the store, not by us, at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — we cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.
Capture works offline by design, and unsynced responses stay on the device until a connection is available. The sync, team and AI features depend on third-party infrastructure and may be unavailable, slow or degraded at times. We provide the app "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own exports of important data.
You may stop at any time, clear the device from Settings, leave or delete projects, and ask us to delete your account data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data you did not export, or for loss arising from reliance on AI-generated output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
